Sim Golf League Guides, Templates & Tools

Build a league that players understand and the venue can run every week. These resources turn the rulebook, schedule and dues policy into a practical season plan.

Start with the season plan

Decide the number of weeks, holes, players per team and the bays available each night. Choose whether every team plays in a fixed slot or has an agreed weekly window. Check the venue calendar before announcing the dates.

Use the season calculator to compare teams with capacity, then download the scheduling worksheet. It is easier to change the wave count before registration than to explain a late-night overflow after teams have paid.

Publish the rules players will ask about

Choose gross or net scoring, explain handicaps, state the tie policy and describe absences and substitutes. A template is a starting point, not a substitute for agreeing the settings in your actual league.

Our rules, scoring and handicap guides explain those decisions. The worked examples show why two leagues using the same raw scores can have different standings when their policies differ.

Keep registration and money understandable

Publish one clear season-dues amount and what it covers. State the payment deadline and the venue’s cancellation policy. Keep a record of card and off-platform payments rather than treating a registration as proof that dues were paid.

The dues worksheet is a planning template; LeagueNight has its own registration and dues workflows. If you turn on card payments, Stripe processing fees apply even though LeagueNight takes no transaction fee.
