Terms of service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using LeagueNight, you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of a facility or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. The service

LeagueNight provides software for managing simulator golf leagues, including scoring, leaderboards, and embedded display widgets. Features may evolve; we will not materially reduce functionality you rely on without notice.

3. Accounts and access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Captains use magic-link authentication; facilities are responsible for managing the people they invite.

4. Acceptable use

• No reverse-engineering, scraping, or circumventing rate limits.
• No use of the service for unlawful purposes.
• No uploading content that infringes intellectual property or violates privacy.
• No abuse of magic-link authentication or impersonation of other users.

5. Fees

Fees are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed. Early-access pricing is locked for 12 months from the start of the subscription, after which fees may change with 60 days notice.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend access for material breach (e.g., non-payment, abuse) after notice.

7. Data

You own your league data. You can export it at any time as CSV. See our privacy policy for handling details.

8. Warranties and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
