What happens if I want to run a second league on Free?

You can't start a second active league while one is running on Free. Free is one active league at a time; finish or archive the current one first, or upgrade to Pro for unlimited concurrent leagues. We're honest about this up-front so it's not a surprise on a Tuesday night.

Is the free plan really free? What's the catch?

There's no catch. Free hosts run a real league with real players, season after season. The leaderboard lives at a leaguenight.io URL you can share with players, with a small "Powered by LeagueNight" mark in the corner. That's it. The product is the product.

When would I actually upgrade to Pro?

Most commonly, when you want to run a second league at the same time (men's Tuesday + women's Wednesday is a typical case for venues; multi-bracket tournaments for clubs). Or when you want the leaderboard inside your own website, on your own domain, in your colors.

What's the difference between Pro and Concierge?

Same software access. The difference is the relationship. Pro is self-serve — you run the league yourself with our tools. Concierge is managed — we set up the season, configure your branding, install the embed on your website, invite your players, and handle the recurring operational stuff so you can focus on running your league.

How does Concierge sign-up work?

You send us a short note (who's hosting, what kind of leagues, what you need help with). We schedule a 60-90 minute kickoff call within a business day. After the call, billing starts and we get to work. It's not self-serve checkout because we want to make sure we're a fit before we start.

Are there per-player fees?

No. Pricing is per host, per month. Add as many players as your league needs — we never charge per seat.

How does Pro billing work?

Monthly at $39/month, or $390/year (saves ~17%). Cancel anytime — the league keeps running through the paid period, and you go back to Free with all your data intact.

What's the 20-player free cap?

A soft cap. If your active league grows past 20 mid-season, nothing breaks. We just nudge you to upgrade for next season. The 1-active-league cap is the hard one — that's enforced at create time.

Do you charge for bay-side display TVs?

No. Plug a Fire Stick or laptop into any TV — at a facility or wherever you're hosting — and point it at the leaderboard URL. Run as many as you want.

Multi-facility chain or multi-club tour?

That's our Enterprise tier. Custom pricing, multi-host admin, consolidated billing, cross-host tours, API access. Contact us with the number of hosts/locations and what you need.
