LeagueNight vs Golf Genius for Simulator Leagues
Both products support live golf scoring and leaderboards. The useful comparison is the weekly operation you want to run, the pricing plan you need and the way it fits your venue.

Compare simulator-specific plans
Golf Genius publishes a simulator Flex plan priced by round: up to 1,000 rounds at US$2.00 per round, 1,001–2,000 at US$1.50, and above 2,000 at US$1.00. It defines a round as one booking per player and lists a US$300 onboarding fee. Do not infer a full annual quote or tier calculation without checking with Golf Genius.
LeagueNight’s free plan supports one active league; Pro is US$39 per month for unlimited leagues and branding/embeds; Concierge is US$149 per month for the managed offering. Payment processing is separate. Verify current pricing and plan limits on the linked pages.
Run a real week through both demos
Use the same roster, format and score examples. Add a substitute, handle an absent team, apply the tie rule and check what players see on a phone and venue TV. If handicaps matter, ask how they are initialized and updated for simulator rounds.
Golf Genius also announced a simulator Club App and SIM handicapping service in August 2026. Ask which package and region includes those capabilities rather than assuming the older simulator pricing page describes every current option.
Choose the scope you need
LeagueNight is focused on the recurring simulator-league workflow, with a free entry point and a separate SimBook connection for bay booking. Golf Genius offers a broader tournament-management ecosystem and a simulator-specific offering.
If you already run your venue or club on Golf Genius, compare the value of staying in that ecosystem with the setup and weekly workflow of LeagueNight. If you are replacing a spreadsheet, start with a single real league and test the rules you intend to publish.
