Overview
LeagueNight ("we", "us") provides league-management software to indoor simulator golf facilities. This policy describes what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. If you are a player or captain, the facility running your league is the data controller; we are the processor acting on their behalf.
Information we collect
- Account data: name, email, role, and facility affiliations for facility staff.
- Captain/player data: name, email (for captains), team membership, and scores you submit.
- Usage data: log events such as IP address, browser, and timestamps for security and abuse prevention.
- Billing data: handled by our payment processor; we never store card numbers.
How we use it
- To provide the service: scoring, leaderboards, magic-link sign-in, embeds.
- To support your facility: respond to questions, troubleshoot, send transactional email.
- To improve the product: aggregate analytics, never sold to third parties.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with subprocessors that operate the service (hosting, email delivery, error reporting) under contractual obligations consistent with this policy.
Retention
League and score data is retained for the lifetime of your account. After cancellation, we retain data for 90 days in case you reactivate, then delete it. You can request deletion at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (GDPR, CCPA, PIPEDA, etc.), you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your data. Contact privacy@leaguenight.io and we will respond within 30 days.
Security
We host on industry-standard cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. Access to production systems is limited to the engineering team and audited.
