How to Put a Live Sim Golf Leaderboard on Your TV

A simulator league has one advantage an outdoor league does not: the entire field is in the same room. Put the live standings on a lounge TV and players can follow the other bays without opening their phones between shots.

Why the TV matters more in sim golf

What you need

Use a TV with a web browser, or connect a streaming stick or small computer that can open a normal webpage. You also need the display URL from your LeagueNight leaderboard. A wired connection is nice but not required; stable venue Wi-Fi is usually enough.

Open the kiosk display

• Open your league's leaderboard and go to the TV / kiosk display.
• Pick your settings: auto-scroll when the field is longer than the screen, and rotation between season standings and tonight's results on a timer you choose.
• Copy the display link and open it on the TV's browser. Bookmark it.
• Switch the browser to full screen and confirm a test score appears.

The page refreshes, scrolls, and rotates on its own. Bookmarking the URL matters: if the TV reboots before a shift, staff can reopen the board without searching through the league admin.

Change two TV settings before league night

Turn off the screen saver and any automatic sleep timer. If the device has a setting to restore the last open app after a restart, enable it. These small device settings cause more blank leaderboards than the webpage itself.

Make it look like your place

On a paid plan, the display can use your facility's logo, colors, and fonts. Check the layout from across the room after changing colors; a combination that looks fine on a laptop can lose contrast on an older TV.

Use it to sell the next season

The board also gives walk-ins an easy way to discover the league. Add the next season's registration date to your counter signage, then pair the screen with a plan to fill slow nights and the rest of your in-venue promotion.

Test it before players arrive

Enter one test score from a phone, make sure the TV updates, then remove the test. That checks the scoring link, the public board, and the venue network in a couple of minutes. You can start a free league and try the display before committing your season to it.
