- How long does setup take?
- Typical facility is live in an afternoon. We do a 30-minute onboarding call where we set up your first league together, configure your branding, and walk you through inviting players.
- We already have a booking system (Whoosh, Birrdi, etc.). Do we need to switch?
- No. LeagueNight is the league experience layer, not a booking replacement. You keep Whoosh for reservations and payments. LeagueNight handles scoring, standings, and the embedded leaderboard on your site.
- Our booking platform says it does leagues. Why isn't that enough?
- Booking platforms add league features as bolt-ons. They get you a scoreboard. LeagueNight is built only for sim leagues — configurable scoring engine, magic-link sign-in, real-time standings, embedded leaderboard on your own website. Feature vs. product.
- We tried Golf Genius and it was too complex.
- Golf Genius is a country-club tournament platform that got adapted for sim. LeagueNight was built for sim from day one. No sales process, no onboarding call required to start — create an account, configure your league, send invite links.
- What sim software do you work with?
- All of them. LeagueNight doesn't connect to sim software directly — players enter scores on their phone. So it works the same regardless of what your bays run. Score auto-import is on the roadmap.
- We run more than one facility.
- You can create a separate facility for each location and run distinct leagues at each. Multi-facility chains, white-label arrangements, and centralized league administration are handled under our Concierge tier — get in touch and we'll scope it.
- What if a player can't make it one week?
- Reassign their team to a sub with one click. Or put the team in a "missed week" state and let your drop policy handle it.
- Do you support handicaps?
- Yes. Per-team handicaps, applied per round, gross or net leaderboards. Three calculation modes: manual, running average, or first-N calibration.
