If this sounds like your group

Whatever you call yourselves, you’re an organizer. The product flexes to fit.

Social clubs

A players' association that meets at sim venues.

You have a regular crew that plays Tuesday nights. Maybe at one venue, maybe rotating. LeagueNight ties it together with a season-long leaderboard that lives wherever your players hang out — your site, the lobby TV, their phone.

  • Rotate between venues week-to-week
  • Magic-link invites for every player
  • Branded leaderboard you can share anywhere
Corporate teams

The company sim league, without the commissioner job.

You set up the league once. Players submit their scores from the bay. The leaderboard updates live. End-of-season standings, no Google Sheet maintenance, no Monday-morning data entry.

  • Zero admin overhead after setup
  • Private leagues — sign-in required
  • Free for one active league
Friend groups

Make Tuesday night feel like a real league.

It started as four friends in two bays. Now it’s twelve teams and you’re tracking it on the back of a napkin. LeagueNight gives you the live leaderboard, the points engine, and a tap-to-score UX — for free.

  • Up to 50 players in one active league
  • No app to install for players
  • Hosted leaderboard URL to share in the group chat

Multi-venue support

One league. Different venues each week.

A lot of clubs rotate. One Tuesday it’s Birdie Lane Tigard, the next it’s Beaverton, the next a member’s home setup. LeagueNight handles it natively — each week of a league has an optional venue label, and the leaderboard surfaces it on the week-detail tab.

  • Per-week venue label on the leaderboard
  • Same league config across rotating locations
  • No "where did we play that week?" arguments

Common questions from organizers

What we hear most from social clubs and corporate organizers who already have a system in place.

We rotate between sim venues every week. Does this work?
Yes. Every week of a league has an optional venue label — leave it blank if you only run at one place, or label each week (“Birdie Lane Tigard”, “Birdie Lane Beaverton”) and the leaderboard surfaces it. The league itself isn’t locked to a single physical location.
We don’t own a sim venue. Can we still use this?
Absolutely. About half our hosts are clubs and corporate teams, not facility owners. You book bays the way you already do — at one venue or several — and use LeagueNight to run the league night that ties it together.
We’re running our league out of a Google Sheet. What changes?
Three things: (1) You stop doing data entry — players submit their own scores in the bay. (2) You stop being the leaderboard — standings update live on every device, not after you update the sheet. (3) Players can follow the leaderboard from their phones without asking you for anything.
We only have one league. Is this worth it?
Yes, and it’s free. The free plan is one active league at a time — real software, not a trial. Most one-league groups live on free forever. You only need to upgrade for a second concurrent league or to embed the leaderboard inside your own website.
Do you charge per player?
No. Pricing is per host, per month. Add as many players as your league needs — we never charge per seat.
What sim software do you work with?
All of them. LeagueNight doesn’t connect to sim software directly — your players enter scores on their phone. So it works the same regardless of what your venue runs.
